The Pittsburgh-based developer Pentek has proposed a large 7-11 fuel station, convenience store, and fast food restaurant on the properties at 7403-7407 Belair Rd., the intersection with Fullerton Ave.
Overlea Farmers Market–A Business Incubator
One of the great things about a community farmers market is they are also business incubators. The Overlea Farmers Market often gives new businesses the space and opportunity to expand.
