The owners of the property located at 8200 Belair Road have submitted for a zoning change to allow a Sheetz gas station. The property is located across from BJ’s Wholesale Club and is close to nine acres. It could easily become a truck stop for tractor trailers on I-95 (via Rt. 43) or 695 onto on Belair Road. Currently, a WAWA is being built 1200 feet away, at the corner of Putty Hill and Belair Road which also already has an Exxon gas station.
